Maintenance Management

The Maintenance Management Process allow users operate and manage related tasks efficiently and effectively. Through the Process, the system provides real time information:

  1. Maintenance Contract: Status of 'In service', 'Needed action to renew' (says 1-2 months before expiry)
  2. Work Order: Status of 'Outstanding', 'Completed' based on site, service Staff
  3. Service History of site, equipment and service staff
  4. Work hour spent on site and equipment
  5. Parts used for site and equipment

Status Control

  • Maintenance Contract : Quoted, Ordered, In Service, Service Period Ended
  • Work Order : Yes/No (Completed, Problem Solved, Lack of Parts)

Work Order

  • Service activities, Problem tackled, Start Date, Service Staff, Work Hour Used, Status and Result ...

Equipment List

  • Equipment, Model, Serial Number, Location, In Service Date ...
