Revenue Claim Process

This function allows users quickly and directly to monitor status of Claimed, Accepted, Settled of revenue, claim action can be easily defined in terms of amount and time.

Progress Monitoring
  • Revenue of individual job can be easily monitored by percentage and progress meters for the status:
    • Claimed
    • Accepted
    • Settled
  • Percentage and Revenue Progress Meter are auto-updated

Revenue Claim

  • Outstanding Claimed Amount is being presented in the record, which is automatic adjusted by not-accepted amount in the previous claims.
  • Each Claim record equipped with Accepted Amount, Settled Amount and 'Done' status for better control and monitor purposes.
  • Multi settlements are allowed for each Claim.
  • Whenever update claimed, accepted or settled amounts, all relevant data such as, status, progress meters, percentages would be auto-updated.
  • 'Done' function is available for adjusting claimed and accepted amount of individual Claim.Transaction date and amount are flexible for adjustment (the user must have sufficient power).

  • Claim Status Report – filtered by single/multiple items:
    • Status
    • Date Range
    • Outstanding
