Auto Quotation / Tender Registration
  • Quotation/Tender number is auto-obtained when adding new job quotation/tender.
  • Status are attached to each record and are auto-updated for easily monitoring and controlling.

Cost Budgeting

 

  • Budget Cost are grouped by types such as Equipment, Sub-contract, Material, etc..
  • After cost items input and recorded, Cost Sheet is automatically generated for proper approving procedure.
  • Total cost amount for each cost type can be auto-calculated.
  • Margin and markup of individual job would auto calculation with given quoted price.
  • Cost Sheet of individual job can be easily exported to .doc, .xls, .pdf format

Job Auto-generation
  • Record of Ordered Job can be auto-generated from this process with all necessary information transferred including Budgeted Cost Sheet.
